RND 2009

We're doing something funny for our money!

On Friday 13th March we helped the school raise over £500 for Comic Relief.

We thought it was hilarious to come to school wearing our Pyjamas, with pants on our head, dressed in red...

There were plenty of red noses rolling around reception too!

Maths Magicians!

Here are Hugo and Wilfred making there own number cards to continue to create their counting in 2's number line. This was during 'choosing time' when children can make their own choices from a series of activities.

They used their intiative after realising the number cards only went up to 20 and used a 100 number grid to help them find the numbers they needed to continue to 30.

Well dones boys!

And not to be outdone by the boys, Harriet and Honor found some 100 squares and decided to colour in the numbers. Counting in 2's. they spotted the pattern and continued to 50.
Super!
We really are a bunch of ''Maths Magicians'' in Reception Class!
